	Reservation & Payment
	Booking and full payment must be made at least 40 hours prior to the tours scheduled departure. In case payment is not made on time Desert Dream reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

	Cancellation Plocity
	50% of time payment of the tour is refunded if cancelled 24 hours before the tour departure.
	25% will be refundable if cancelled 12 hours before the tour departure.
	No refund if cancelled within 12 hours (or no show) of the tour departure.

	General Information
	Due to adventure of the safari tour and Off-road driving, we do not recommend the following customers to join our Safari and mountain tours.
	Customers, who are medically unfit(i.e Back bone injury, neck pain hip injury, weak heart etc.)
	Expectant mothers.
	Passengers under 06 and over 65 years. If customer who being to the above mentioned group sill want to join the tour, they may do so at their own risk. Desert Dream does not take any responsibility.

	Please note.
	All Prices in UAE Dirhams per person.
	Children above 8 year will be chanrges as adult.
	All tours and excursions are subject to be confirmed.
	Photography of miltary and some government installation is not permitted. Ask for permission before photography and Arab National. Arab women must not be photographed.
	Desert Dream will not be responsible for any valueable left, lost or damaged during the period of your tours. Therefore we kindly request you to take care.
	Your personal beginnings before you depart from our verhicles.

	Desert dream reserves the right to cancel any part of the program due in government restriction, Public Holidays, Weather conditions or similar circumstances without prior notice.
